1. What YesCoach Is
YesCoach is an early beta product that helps people create a personalized AI coach for nudges, accountability, and habit support. The product may include coach personas, reminders, proof requests, voice or avatar concepts, and AI-generated messages.
YesCoach is not a medical device, therapy service, emergency service, financial adviser, legal adviser, or substitute for professional advice. If you need medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency help, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
2. Beta Access
YesCoach is still being built. Joining the beta or waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, availability, uptime, or any specific feature. We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Use YesCoach lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not use the service to harass, threaten, manipulate, or harm another person.
- Do not upload or request content that you do not have rights to use.
- Do not impersonate real people or use protected voices, names, likenesses, or identities without permission.
- Do not rely on AI messages as professional advice or as the only basis for important decisions.
4. Your Content
You may provide goals, preferences, coach ideas, feedback, messages, images, voice concepts, or other content. You keep ownership of content you provide. You give us permission to use it to operate, test, improve, and provide YesCoach, including generating and personalizing coach experiences.
5. AI Output
AI-generated messages may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, inappropriate, or not suitable for your situation. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any suggestion. Do not follow nudges that are unsafe, unhealthy, unlawful, or unrealistic for you.
6. Product Changes
We are building fast. Features, personas, prompts, limits, pricing, availability, and data practices may change as the beta evolves. If a change materially affects your rights or privacy, we will update the relevant policy.
7. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for forms, analytics, hosting, email, AI infrastructure, and product operations. These services are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
YesCoach is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, YesCoach and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or personal decisions made from using the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or stop access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, abused the beta, or used the service in a way that could harm the product or community.
